Do you VLANs running on your network? There are many possibilities in this case. You might want to check if your Switch ports are in the same vlans or not. Just to make sure cables and interfaces are working properly. Can you ping another other device connected to the switch? By default you are not allowed to ping the interface of ASA.

Please check for access-list to permit ping traffic to interface. Can you ping the ASA from the router? Can you ping the router from any other device on the network? I want to determine if the IPs are on the same subnet or not? You might need to apply an access list to allow echo, echo reply, source quench, and time exceeded into he ASA.

If you have ever tried to pull the usernames before on one of these you will know that the OID with the plain text username doesn't actually exist on the firewall so you have to get creative The issue I have using an Active script is that once the monitor is up for 20 minutes, it no longer updates the payload values for who is connected.

I may be missing something but I can't see another way to use VBScript to generate a payload like this, but keep it constantly updated.
